Shipping Fees

Delivery is free within Spain, unless otherwise indicated on the product page or in your personalized quote.

Order Cut-Off Time and Time Zone

The daily cut-off time for same-day processing is 3:00 PM (CET).

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment validation.

Order Transit Time

Transit times range from 15 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and characteristics of your order (dimensions, access, volume).

Delivery Conditions

We directly manage the delivery of your containers and modular units, ensuring reliable, secure, and timely service. Our teams can assist you in organizing on-site reception. Customers must ensure that access routes are suitable for delivery.

Change of Address

Once the order is in transit, no delivery address modification is possible. For any changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at: contact@service-container-group.com.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are possible before the order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

Damaged Container or Module During Transport

If a container or modular unit is damaged during transport:

• Refuse the delivery and clearly note all damages on the delivery slip.
• Immediately contact our customer service at contact@service-container-group.com to arrange a prompt solution.
